MCC Precision Driving Center
(located past Independence Animal Services at E. Highway 78 and Powell Rd.)
Event is Rain or Shine

⚠️ REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND DETAILS:

• Registration closes at midnight on Wednesday, September 23rd.
• Driver Cap: This event is limited to 165 drivers.
• Numbering: Driver numbers will be 1-99 for one driver car or first driver, 101-199 for second driver (first driver number +100)
• “No Work” Assignments: Two “No Work” assignments are available per event for a flat $50 donation.

⏱️ SATURDAY & SUNDAY SCHEDULE

• 7:00 AM: Gates Open (Setup workers arrive)
• 7:30 AM: General Arrival & Paddock open
• 7:30 – 9:00 AM: Tech & Attendee Check-In Open
• 9:00 AM: Tech & Check-In CLOSES (No late entries)
• 9:00 AM: Novice Course Walk Starts
• 9:30 AM: Mandatory Driver’s Meeting
• 9:45 AM: First Car Off!

Water will be available on-site.

🛠️ ANNUAL TECH

• Drivers with 12 or more events may apply for Annual Tech.
• Form: Click Here to print and complete the form. No blank forms will be provided on-site.
• Reciprocity: We will honor current-season annual tech stickers from other SCCA regions.

💳 PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

• Payments: Charged at time of registration.

• Cancellations: Cancel on before the day of the event.

• Refunds: If you cancel via before the event day, a refund will be issued during event close out (24-48 hours).

• No-Shows: Non-refundable. No credits will be issued for unannounced no-shows.

***Minor waivers have been moved to an Annual waiver available on the my.scca.com website under “Online Store” and “Licenses and Waivers” – 2nd & 3rd options down click “Add to Cart”. You will complete this through the website and retain a copy on the minor driver at all times during events. DO NOT HAND IT TO US TO KEEP, WE DO NOT RETAIN THESE FOR YOU.
