7:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Check-In, Registration, and Tech
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Course Open for Walking & Chalking
We ask that as you walk, you help outline the cones.

🐣 New to the Sport?
If this is your first time out, welcome to the family! To get the most out of your day, we recommend arriving no later than 8:00 AM. This gives you plenty of time to get through tech, Registration, and walk the course before the driver’s meeting.
We also offer a Novice Walkthrough to help you find the line, and we can pair you with an experienced driver to ride along and offer tips. Check out our Getting Started Guide for everything you need to know.

We’re all about #funwithcars, but we want to keep the community healthy. If you’re feeling under the weather, have a fever, or have recently been exposed to COVID-19, please sit this one out. We’ll see you at the next event!
🪖 Helmets:
A limited number of KYSCCA loaner helmets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have your own, ensure it meets the SA2010/M2010 or newer requirement.

Waiver How-To
Anyone 18+ must either have an annual waiver on file OR sign the event waiver. Any driver or rider under the age of 18 MUST have a minor waiver on file BEFORE participating. If you have any questions or concerns, please email kyscca@gmail.com.
