August VIR 2026 is a high-performance driver education event organized by TrackDaze at Virginia International Raceway in Alton, VA. It is scheduled for August 28, 2026 through August 30, 2026.

Schedule

• Participants registering for any option that includes Friday will receive an additional 2 hours of open track time at the end of Friday.
• Please check the schedule in the event packet for details.
• BONUS 1.5 hours of open track from 4:00 to 5:30pm each day.

Requirements

• Tech-Inspection:.
• Helmets: Helmets with a minimum SA2020 or higher rating are required.
• All convertibles must meet roll bar requirements.

Event Details

• Track Day:.
• The event is available to ALL levels of drivers.
• There is no in-car instruction available to open track participants.
• INSTRUCTED/Non-solo participants will have in-car instruction.
• Track: 3.2 Mile – Full Course.
• Whats included:.
• INSTRUCTED/Non-SOLO (Beginner/Novice) participants receive only FOUR (4) 30 minute sessions each day.
• ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS will get 3 HOURS of track time each DAY.
• 6 HOURS over 2 DAYS!
• 1.5 hours (three 30 min sessions) of track time during the morning.
• We strongly recommend you get your car pre-inspected by a local shop.

• If you do not have the form you will NOT be allowed on the track!
